THE ROLE

NetConstruct is seeking a dynamic, client facing Account Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of its client portfolio.

The Account Manager will work as part of the Client Services team and is responsible for delivering pro-active account management support to nominated clients as well as supporting the Account Director and Account Managers on larger agency clients.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure they understand the full spectrum of services provided by NetConstruct. This will involve understanding the clients’ business, keeping up-to-speed with their requirements, having regular review meetings, resolving issues, and recommending appropriate digital solutions to maximise the revenue potential for the agency.
  • Looking after small to mid-range projects by organising client briefings with relevant internal teams, writing project plans, scheduling work through the agency, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that projects are delivered and invoiced on time and to budget. 
  • Consistently generate account growth from existing clients in order to achieve individual and team sales and production targets.
  • Regularly update the agency’s internal systems to enable accurate sales reporting.
  • Deliver client training for Content Management Systems, preparing manuals and presentations and looking after client support tickets.
  • Support the Account Executives, ensuring they are fully and adequately briefed on client projects and are managing all requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines and contractual obligations and ensuring these are consistently followed.
  • Pro-actively enhance own understanding of technologies and market trends within the digital space, utilising opportunities to upsell to clients and share knowledge with the internal team.

 

 

THE PERSON

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Ideally experienced in the digital sector with a good understanding of the application of digital technology and the use of content management systems.
  • Be extremely organised with a minimum of one years’ experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • Experience of project management, including developing project plans, liaising with internal and client teams to meet specific timescales and deliver on budget.
  • Proven experience of meeting financial targets with an acute awareness of client spend and profitability
  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of being adept at spotting upsell opportunities
  • Advanced communication skills and an ability to develop, nurture and maintain customer relationships, building confidence and satisfaction to encourage repeat business
  • Experience managing key documentation and ensuring a clear audit trail of communication.
  • Be able to take client requirements and create a detailed brief for the design and development team to work from.
  • Experience of running client meetings and workshops.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to plan and prioritise your own time and workload to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met on time and to the required standard
  • Positively contribute to a team-working environment, providing ideas and support to colleagues, build strong working relationships with the wider team and understand internal roles and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of computer-based business systems appropriate to the sales, marketing and account management functions.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and use high levels of initiative to deliver results.
  • Full, valid driving licence.
