Role Summary

You will be responsible for developing, delivering and reporting on strategic campaigns to improve our clients’ conversion rates, user journeys and user experience. 

You will be an experienced digital/web specialist with UX design/front end development skills, have a passion for conversion optimisation, a strong strategic aptitude and an ability to think creatively.



  •       Design CRO campaigns using user centric design tools/techniques, concept design, scenarios, user requirements/journeys, personas, wireframes and prototypes. Campaigns will be designed to be implemented across multiple platforms and devices (desktop, table, mobile)
  •       Develop project plans to deliver campaigns using resources from multiple disciplines
  •       Have the ability to work on a variety of projects and tasks at any one time
  •       Report on client campaigns providing actionable insights and reporting on impact/results, KPIs and ROI
  •       Deliver on briefs within budget, deadlines and in line with individual targets
  •       Write frontend code in line with best practices, ensuring that code is written to a high quality and self-tested
  •       Communicate openly with the Technical Account Manager (TAM) to ensure that tasks are well scoped, estimated and delivered to the set timescales
  •       Provide actionable feedback to other members of the team on quality, best practice and technology
  •       Design and deliver visual elements to the highest standard
  •       Keep up to date with new trends, tools and software in the ever-changing industry of digital marketing 
  •       Be highly resourceful and able to think of creative solutions that may not always be obvious



Key Qualifications and Attributes:



  •       Advanced experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  •       Extensive and advanced user of Excel. Use of tools to achieve KPIs such as Google Analytics, heat mapping etc
  •        Proven experience as a frontend developer
  •        Proven experience with JavaScript and jQuery
  •       Proficient developing responsive websites compatible across browsers and devices
  •       Familiar with front-end frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap
  •       Confidently frontend develop for a number of websites, each on a variety of CMS, built differently and utilising different frameworks
  •       Strong attention to detail and able to determine and resolve faults in code, and maintain consistent alignment and styling
  •       Have a portfolio or Git Repository containing examples of development work
  •       Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
  •       Understand and have the ability to implement core design principles
  •       Work effectively in a team to deliver results within budget and deadlines
  •       Demonstrate a passion for new technologies and techniques
  •       Take and understand direction from others
  •       Knowledge of the basics of HTML, CSS for UX/UI design.
  •       Experience in designing for responsive websites
  •       Meticulous attention to detail
  •       Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to use high levels of initiative to deliver results.




  •      Experience with A/B Testing and Conversion Optimisation platforms such as Opitimizely, VWO and AB Tasty
  •       Experience with Adobe Creative programmes such Photoshop and Illustrator
  •       Experience in troubleshooting and quality assurance testing
  •       A keen eye for design
  •       Previous experience producing high fidelity wireframes using programmes such as Balsamiq
  •       Be educated to a degree level in a related subject
  •       Experience in developing CRO/UX strategies and interpreting analysis and creating plans on the back of findings to deliver results which translate into ROI
  •       Advanced analytical skills be strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating large and complex data sets.
  •       Creative and innovative, yet strategic, organised and methodical in your approach
