Job Description:

 

Pinpoint are on the lookout for a talented and self motivated Junior Account Manager to build, develop and maintain a growing portfolio of clients. The Junior Account Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our client portfolio.

You will work alongside other members of the team to deliver proactive account management support to existing clients, engage in frequent client calls and meetings and ensure requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensure clients understand the full spectrum of services provided by Pinpoint and it’s associates, have regular review meetings, resolve issues, keep up-to-speed with their requirements, understand their business, recommend appropriate digital solutions and maximise the revenue potential for the agency where appropriate. 

  • Working with the project management team to facilitate new work through the agency – partaking in workshops, organising client briefings with relevant internal colleagues, assisting with the creation of project plans, working with the project management team to schedule work.

  • Look for opportunities to gain account growth from existing clients in order to achieve your individual and team monthly targets for revenue from existing clients.

  • Consistently achieving your monthly individual and team production targets by managing client work through the business smoothly and efficiently in order that invoicing plans can be achieved.

  • Update the internal quotation system in a timely fashion on a weekly basis to enable accurate sales reporting.

  • Acting as a first point of contact for client queries and filtering these queries through to the relevant team members.

  • Maintaining a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines and contractual obligations and ensuring these are consistently followed.

  • Assist in the company’s marketing and account handling programmes by supporting its attendance at client sites, exhibitions, presentations and events.

  • General administrative duties.

 

Candidates must have experince in an Account Executive / Junior Account Managenent type position and be looking to take the next step in their career.
